Installation steps:-

1. First take a full back up of nvram folder in data.
2. wipe all - ( data,cache,system,dalvik)
3. Install zip from sd card
4. Reboot
5. After booting into rom
6. replace nvram folder
7. then reboot to recovery
8. flash nitro x script
